Our Story
RedStream Consulting was founded with a simple goal: help agency owners stop reinventing the wheel. After 15+ years in digital marketing—running agencies, scaling teams, and building the systems that actually move the needle—we packaged everything we've learned into a consulting practice.
After years of running marketing agencies ourselves, we realized that most of the struggles agency owners face aren't unique. Everyone deals with the same problems—hiring, client management, fulfillment, sales, operations. But most people try to solve these problems from scratch, wasting months (or years) figuring out what already works.
We built RedStream to be the resource we wished we had when we started. Our consulting, SOPs, and training materials aren't theory from someone who read a business book—they're the actual systems we've used to run agencies, manage teams, and serve clients.
What We Actually Do
Our core business is B2B consulting and educational training for marketing agency owners. That breaks down into a few things:
- Consulting: Direct 1-on-1 or group consulting where we help you solve specific problems in your agency—whether that's sales, hiring, client retention, or operations.
- Digital Resources: Pre-built SOPs, sales scripts, onboarding templates, and operational frameworks you can implement immediately.
- Training: Video courses and recorded trainings that you can use yourself or hand off to your team.
- Agency Setup: For people just getting started, we offer setup services to help you launch the right way.
Who We Work With
Our clients are typically marketing agency owners—people running agencies focused on paid ads, content, SEO, web development, or creative services. Some are just getting started and need a foundation. Others are doing $20k-$100k/month and need help scaling without everything breaking.
We don't work with everyone. Our consulting is hands-on, which means we're selective about who we take on. If you're looking for a magic bullet or someone to do all the work for you, we're probably not the right fit.
